Five-axis CNC camera measuring machine Zoller Genius 3S-Pilot 3.0

This is a five-axis CNC camera measuring machine with measurement accuracy 0.001 mm and up to 500-fold approach. With this machine it is possible to effectively measure both newly produced tools and check the quality of sharpening. 

With 3D and 2D cameras machine can measure quickly, easily and fully automatically and with µ-precision more than 40 parameters of tools, for example, the lengths, diameters and angles tip. For each tool  is drawn measurement protocol, which is archived, or can be sent to the customer.  The measurement results can be transferred to the grinding machine.
